Who are we and what makes us think we can do this?

Both Sonya Karras and Sacha Kaluri are both professional speakers have a vast amount of experience in business and building business relationships with schools, youth organisations and services. They both understand the importance of hard work, the value of their networks and most importantly they know what young people want. They know that youth are a hard audience to capture and entertain, so they have tackled their individual topics with an “out of the box” approach which has positioned them as two of the most sought after speakers on youth issues. Whilst there are numerous places to seek information on teenage related issues, often it can be a confusing task to sort out what is relevant or helpful.

ATE’s aim is to simplify the process by having everything in the one place. Parents and teens will be able to speak directly to experts in their respective fields.

Patrons will be able to choose from an assortment of products, education and work options and be entertained with music acts, dance performances and see some of Australia’s best professional speakers on youth issues.

Who is Sonya Karras – Whole New World

Sonya Karras is the owner of Whole New World. Sonya has been a professional speaker in schools for the past 13 years working in over 200 schools per year. With her entertaining and educational award winning seminar on safe partying, binge drinking, drugs and alcohol, she teaches students how to have a safe night out. Sonya also has extensive experience in working with parents.

Who is Sacha Kaluri (Colbourne) – The Motivational Company

Sacha Kaluri is the Director of The Motivational Company and has been working all over Australia for the past 13 years with young people from various backgrounds. As a professional speaker she presents on various topics such as careers and motivation, self esteem, stress management, bullying/cyber bullying, body image and creative goal setting, team work and leadership. Sacha also specialises in working with “At Risk” young people.
